is a Ugandan health communication NGO registered in 1997.
all project activities and operations in-line with STF approved plans and
policies.
- Responsible for implementation of project activities
by ensuring the optimal use of medical, logistical financial and human
resources. - Technically supporting staff in the analysis of
medical data, activity indicators and quality of care. - Ensure continuity and coherence of the health
structures medical, midwife, Laboratory and Clinical activities. - Represent STF on fora e.g. local communities, meeting
authorities, partners and stakeholders to articulate the project while
taking into account the goals, objectives and strategy of STF as a whole, - Mentorship, supervision and coaching of staff on the
project. - Contribution to create, review and update policies
and reports such as organization policies, annual plans and Quarterly
reports. - Actively monitor the project milestones, budgets and
project evaluations - Work closely with Finance and Administration,
ensuring correct implementation of the project including bookkeeping, cash
flow planning, and financial reports - In charge of the planning, monitoring and ensuring
logistic continuity of the project at the youth center. - Produce and send regular reports (monthly) on
programmatic, financial and administrative activities;
- The candidate should hold a Degree in humanities i.e.
Social Work and Social Administration, Social Sciences, Development
Studies and a strong background in project management. - A minimum of three years’ experience working in a
Health related NGO
