Job Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible
for the smooth day to day running of STF administrative processes and general
maintenance of STF assets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure
efficient usage and payment of office utilities. - Ensure
maintenance of STF’s building and office assets - Ensure
that all STF staff have adequate and conducive working space - Process
STF staff leave schedule - Manage
STF fleet in regard to fuel, insurance and vehicle maintenance - Process
procurement for STF administration needs
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicants should hold a Degree in Business Administration; Social
Sciences; Development Studies or General Humanities. - A
minimum of two years of responsible administrative work in a busy
organisation
