Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for estimating the
market value of the Kingdom land, with a view to maximizing proceeds from
its lease. - Involve researching and
writing detailed reports for the Land managed by Buganda Land Board. - Actively participate in the
organization of the files to be presented to the lease committee. - Carrying out work for
Organization compensation assessments and appraisals as well as giving
advice.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should
hold a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Land Valuation and Land
Economics from a recognized university. - Possess excellent communication
and interpersonal skills - Possess the ability to meet
critical deadlines. - Proactive, a good knowledge
of working with communities. - Confidentiality is paramount.
