Organisation, URRO, originates from the National Book Trust of Uganda, NABOTU,
which forms a solid basis and network for the establishment of URRO, providing
mandates and members. URRO has cooperated with Norcode since 2012. The main
objectives of URRO are building the organisation, increasing the number of
mandates /members, negotiating licensing agreements and distributing
remuneration to rights holders.

Job Summary: The Licensing
Officer will be marketing copying licenses to universities and tertiary level
colleges and other users in Uganda. The incumbent will also be negotiating fees
and license terms. The job holder will also be collecting fees from licensees.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicants should hold a good Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or
related field - Possess
excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - Be
highly motivated, responsive and a team player
