ENHAS is in existence since April 1996. QUALITY SERVICES is what we have to
deliver. Along the years, our clientele has grown from 5 Airlines to 19 regular
scheduled Airlines, and many more special flights. To develop quality services,
ENHAS have organized to be certified by IATA Airport Handling Manual 804 where
we enter into Service Level Agreements, ISAGO (IATA safety Audit for Ground
Operations) which acts as a model for operational risk and safety management,
DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) training centre thus we offer training for
dangerous goods and, very recently by RA3 to screen cargo only from validated
entities as required by EU regulations.
Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the service quality is consistent
and meets both external and internal requirements.
- Actively
monitor and guides on the performance of the quality management system,
produces data and reports on performance, measuring against set standards; - Ensures
implementation and compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) by all
staff; - Advises
on changes in SLA and their implementation and provides training, tools
and techniques to enable others to achieve quality; - Works
closely with other managers and staff throughout the organization to
ensure that the quality system is functioning properly; - Consults
with clients and formulates guide lines on how to measure standards; - Quickly
responds to queries or complaints from the clients and from staff; - Plans
and organizes meetings/visits with the clients to review performance in
comparison with set standards, report weaknesses and challenges in
implementation and document findings to the CEO and relevant head of
department; - Communicates
effectively to department heads and staff of any changes in standards; - Mentor
and train staff on SLA and its importance; - Undertakes
recertification of the quality system - Serves
as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
- The
ideal candidate should preferably hold a Degree in Business Administration
or equivalent - A
minimum of two or more years of related work experience in a hospitality
industry in the field of Quality assurance; - Possession
of a Certificate in Quality Management Systems Audit an added advantage; - Confident,
strong organizational, interpersonal, team working and communication
skills; - Ability
to work, under minimum supervision.
