Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Intuitively
analyze the effect of new laws or administrative regulations on company
human resources programs and policies - Represent
the company at all labour mediation meetings/sessions - Oversee
all employment standards and legislations such as Workers Compensation and
other related labour standards - Handle
the investigation and disposition of all reported indiscipline and
grievances cases. - Oversee
the staff performance evaluation processes. - Identify
training and development opportunities for staff - The
HR Officer will also evaluate staff training programs - Offer
basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles - Actively
coordinate the recruitment, selection and placement process.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a good degree in Human Resource Management. - A
minimum of three or more years’ experience in related job roles. - Working
knowledge of all Employment legislation and other labour laws - Possess
excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent
organizational skills, ability to multi-task. - Possess
the ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or
sensitive matters. - Excellent
problem solving skills
