Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining
stock levels and ordering for supplies - The
job holder will also be receiving and inspecting all incoming materials
and reconciling them with purchase orders - Updating
and maintaining records of approved documentation and stocks - Receiving,
storing and issuing supplies as per the university’s store guidelines - In
charge of the compilation of all records of supplies and receipt
transactions. - Ensure
the preparation of timely and relevant store reports - Ensure
excellent organization of the stores/warehouse and adhering to safety
standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should hold a Diploma at credit level in Storekeeping or
Logistics Management - A
minimum of two years working experience.
