Job Summary: The IT Support
Officer- will be responsible for the IT needs of the Company by supporting the
IT Manager. This includes system Installation, maintenance, and Technical
Support. S/he is responsible for ensuring that standards are followed in the
most efficient and cost effective manner. S/he will ensure that proper back up,
anti- virus and disaster recovery procedures are identified and followed and
that end users have access to shared files, printers and emails.
Officer- will be responsible for the IT needs of the Company by supporting the

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The
ideal candidate will establish office IT Local area networks and ensure
secure IT Systems. - Manage
all software, servers, and local networks. - Assess
local availability of IT Equipment. - Procure
and provide staff with appropriate IT and Communication equipment. - Regularly
check systems in order to optimize performance and initiate recovery
action after systems failures. - Make
suggestions for network hardware and software improvements - Maintain
inventory of IT and communication equipment - Perform
any other duty assigned by the Departmental head.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The
applicants for the IT Support Officer should hold Bachelor’s Degrees in IT or
relevant field with One-year experience.
