Industry. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry
requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement
leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously
strengthening quality and control of resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
1. Data Tracking:
  • Ensures
    availability and updating of the metric model by all Team Leaders/Managers
    of departments to facilitate the collation of data.
  • Offers
    standard management reports and graphics to the unit head for use in briefing
    department Managers in the daily production meetings.
2. Support:
  • Provides
    timely technical support on the metric data tracking programs
  • Provides
    daily inputs from departments monitoring and support
  • Updates
    and distributes dashboards as required
  • Accesses
    information quickly and effectively to identify and resolve
    matters/queries
3. Data Analysis:
  • Supports
    the department managers in the development and interpretation of their
    respective metric data
  • Identifies
    and highlight problem trends for management decision making
  • Escalates
    complex matters to the appropriate areas for prompt decision-making and
    follow through to ensure that satisfactory resolution happens quickly
4. Self-Development:
  • Identifies
    appropriate formal and occupational (informal) training needs and courses
    (internal/external) to develop oneself
  • Up-Skills
    oneself regarding new products and procedures through attendance of
    workshops/presentations and reading of internal and external
    communications
5. Budget and Cost Reporting:
  • Actively
    support the tracking of Operations Financial Performance (actual spend
    versus budget), month on month per cost center or enabler
  • Support
    Operations Budget planning and revised estimates, detailed cost review and
    identification of future operations needs for cost planning.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Tracking
    of Operations Financials – Actuals against budget
  • Monitoring
    Costs against Budget: Split per enabler and cost center
  • Regular
    and accurate production / feedback / dashboard.
  • Compile
    monthly & weekly scorecard data for the unit head
  • Contribution
    through relevant & effective data management
  • Consistent
    provision of rapid and effective technical support.
  • Provide
    the required reports to enable the reporting to center within five
    business days following month end.
  • Ensure
    count sheets are to be distributed two working days prior to month end.
  • Ensure
    the availability of the systems and data to enable report
  • Support
    in the system in case of any challenges
  • Provision
    of financial and other data required for reporting
  • Provision
    of staff head count and other data details
  • Support
    in the provision of required information in time and provision of feedback
    to the information provided
  • Support

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    candidate should preferably hold a degree in Information Technology and /
    or other Business Related tertiary education
  • At
    least one to two years’ data management and programming experience
  • Knowledge
    of the banking environment
  • Strong
    numerical skills
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and communication skills (across the business)
  • Strong
    customer focuses and service orientation
  • Creative,
    analytical with good problem solving skills
  • Conflict
    management skills and ability to manage ambiguity
  • Self
    driven, values based, innovative, independent adaptive and results
    orientated person
  • High
    emotional intelligence
  • Strong
    business acumen & ability to translate strategy into business plans
  • Good
    knowledge and understanding of the banking environment
  • Possess
    the ability to handle and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously is
    critical.

    track record in handling stressful situations in frontline
    customer-centered environment governed by tight deadlines, high standards
    and significant work pressure.
  • Good
    understanding of multiple process and production interfaces across the
    department

    needs analysis and diagnostic skills to interpret business and market requirements

    skills
