Officer (FO) is responsible for bookkeeping, compliant to relevant accounting
principles and internal/external donor requirements, budget control and other
general financial management activities. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible
for HR administration and adherence to HR policies.
Experience:
- The applicants who possess finance-related
degrees is preferred - A minimum of seven or more years of
working experience - At least five years of relevant working
experience is a pro - Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Past experience in SAGE is required
- Prior experience in Excel (analysing data,
making overviews etc). - Excellent communication, problem solving
and analytical skills - Analysing capability, consistent and
transparent - Highly efficient and conscious of time
- Good planning and organization skills
- Possess the ability to work with a high
degree of professionalism - Accurate, pro-active and results oriented
- Team player
