Job Summary: The Monitoring
& Evaluation Coordinator will mainly develop, implement, lead and manage
the VSO Uganda monitoring and evaluation systems, providing guidance and
support to employees and volunteers. The incumbent will be supporting
consistent implementation of programmes in accordance with the VSO Uganda
country strategy and thematic programmes with a particular focus on M&E.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    candidate should hold a university degree in a related field
  • Hands-on
    M&E experience of at least three years at management level with strong
    statistical skills.
  • The
    applicant must have worked on complex development programmes with strong
    research skills – qualitative and quantitative.
  • Practical
    experience within development context desirable.
