In-Country Executive Assistant to help start up the operations of The Amazima
School in Njeru, Buikwe District. The Amazima School is a classical
Christ-centered secondary school that exists to equip students with the tools
of learning to live fully for the glory of God. The Amazima School emphasizes
academic excellence, servant leadership, and relationships. The Christian
Secondary School will focus on Biblical maturity, tools of learning, critical
thinking, communication skills, servant leadership, and strong relationships.
- Support
the Head of School in all necessary areas involving the development of The
Amazima School - Establish
strong relationships with the Local and National Government Education
Officials - Carry
out research in various areas to ensure we are well informed & up to
date with required practices - Prepare
and submit all permitting and reports required for operation and
accreditation – including legal documentation - Support
in developing and maintaining all school manuals and handbooks - Assist
the Head of School in a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial
duties - Actively
support the Head of School to meet targets & deliver.
- The
ideal candidate should hold a good University degree and/or law experience
preferred - A
minimum of one year’s experience in a related field - Computer
literacy i.e. including proficiency in office programs: Word, Excel, etc. - Exhibit
exceptional organizational skills
