Corporation (UPPC) is a body corporate established by the UPPC Act 1992 Cap.30
as a leading Government printer mandated to provide printing and publishing
facilities to the government ministries, departments, and parastatal bodies
.private companies, individuals and organizations. The corporation prints and
publishes all government legislation and documents and undertakes security
printing works.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

oversee and ensure functionality of the following:

- Internal
control systems - Evaluation
of the effectiveness of risk management controls - Ensuring
good corporate governance and values - Constantly
informing management on the areas that need urgent attention and improvement.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate for the Internal Auditor vacancy should hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Commerce- Accounting, Business Administration, Bsc – Accounting
plus a full professional Accounting qualification like CPA, ACCCA, CIMA
and a registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accounts of
Uganda. - Be
a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors will be an added advantage. - A
minimum of eight or more years’ experience
in a similar field, three years in a senior management position. - High
degree of integrity - Excellent
interpersonal skills - Leadership
skills and ability to work under pressure - Self
driven officer who commands respect.
