Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent has the overall
responsibility of Quality compliances in Production Process starts from
receiving all the Raw Materials & up-to the dispatching of Finished
Goods to the clients. - He /s she will also ensure compliance on
proper Quality Check against Standard parameters & reports submitted
to the concerned departments like Raw Materials / Paper Stores &
Production Department for there doing the needful accordingly. - Daily bases needs to have closely
Monitoring / Guidance the Asst. Quality Controllers such that they perform
their job responsibilities & submit daily reports according. - Ensure proper allocation of Quality
Control team to takes place such that all major risk area are covered to
ensure no quality complaints & daily quality check report are
circulated. - Ensure given quality check formats are
filled by the QC team & also Machine In-charges such that we keep
proper records of the work done by the respective QC personnel. - Ensure that while Production of any C-48
box attention to be given on Corrugation / Converting floor such that we
don’t get any quality complaints within or from clients. - Ensure that after completing production
process of Key clients [those who specifically request for QC certificate]
we must prepare proper QC certificate & handover to the Dispatch
In-charge & taking their written confirmation. - Work closely with the Quality team so as
to solve any issues as soon as possible of practicable. - Weekly bases must conduct coordination
meeting within the Quality Control department to have discussion on the
challenges faced / action plan / deadline for next review & also
fortnightly bases have discussion with Machine Operators. - Closely monitor the specifics given by the
clients & making sure production adheres to the same – Main area of
concerns – is Paper combination as per Std. while Corrugation Prod. /
Printing Colour Shad / Printing Matters / Gluing – Stitching / Creasing /
Slotting etc. - Monitor quality complaints & draft or
devise action plans to remedy situation giving specific times lines &
present it on monthly bases to have clarity on status. - Periodically visits customers with Quality
issues & giving report on the same with an analysis of what, where
& why the problem took place with possible solutions & sharing
report with concerns persons.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The Quality Assurance Manager should hold
a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from a recognized
University. - At least five or more years or related
work related experience. - Possess the ability to plan, organize and
coordinate. - Excellent oral and written communication
skills. - Ability to lead, work with and through
teams. - Ability to identify and appreciate the
values, concerns and feelings of others. - Ability to drive and deliver set results.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to pursue high standards of
excellence in line with agreed policies and procedures. - Ability to identify, analyze and solve
problems.
