NFT Consult would like to
recruit for its valuable client, i Engineering Group which is a leading
provider of Infrastructure solutions. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer
tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost
savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness
yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.
 Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Researches
    the local market for various suppliers to ensure competitive prices for
    the materials to be procured
  • Maintains
    and updates a database of all local suppliers with their respective prices
    and payment terms
  • Actively
    coordinates with the various sections of the company to attend to all
    their purchasing needs
  • Issues
    all Purchase Orders while liaising with the Accounts and other sections to
    ensure a smooth payment process
  • Issues
    all GRNs and Delivery Notes to the Logistics section in order to keep an
    accurate stock
  • The
    incumbent will also ensure that all OH&S/QMS procedures are regularly
    monitored and followed
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Purchasing & Supply
  • A
    minimum of two to four years’ experience in similar field
