Responsibilities:
- Operate the yeast propagation system,
control yeast recovery, scrapping additives control as per the laid down
procedures. - Operate the beer cellars plant, wort
receiving, fermentation; beer racking and storage measuring, interpreting
and communication. - Measure quality at source and initiate
corrective action for deviations. - Ensuring Lab samples are .collected properly,
labeled, stored submitted for analysis. - Actively participate in problem solving.
- Participate in plant autonomous
maintenance. - Housekeeping & Safety- Ensure the
right house keeping all the time - Perform any other duties, which may be
assigned from time to time by the quality specialist
Experience:
- The applicants should hold a Diploma in Chemistry,
Biochemistry, Engineering or Any Science Based course - They should be self-motivated, result and
detail-oriented. - Be ethical, and a good team player.
- Excellent spoken and written English language and
computer skills. - Highly innovative and able to work with
minimum supervision. - Keeps abreast of new developments in own occupation/profession;
actively seeks to develop oneself professionally and personally.
