Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, repair and optimize the
different machines and associated devices in the utilities department in
the most efficient and effective manner. - Update and maintain a safe, healthy
working environment and housekeeping standards - Comply with safe, health and environmental
procedures and legislation - Perform regular repairs and maintenance
- Continuously improve (optimize) the plant,
process equipment and systems - Apply Manufacturing way Principles
- Work in Teams
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicants should hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering - At least two years’ experience in
engineering - Process and product knowledge is an added
advantage - High integrity and attention to detail
- High energy, balanced personality
self-discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal
orientation and a strong output bias. - Highly proactive mindset, self-driven,
self-starter and with initiative; - Possess the ability to communicate (verbal
and written), - Go getter attitude, Team player, Proactive
and customer focused - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an added advantage
