Corporation (UPPC) is a body corporate established by the UPPC Act 1992 Cap.30
as a leading Government printer mandated to provide printing and publishing
facilities to the government ministries, departments, and parastatal bodies
.private companies, individuals and organizations. The corporation prints and
publishes all government legislation and documents and undertakes security
printing works.

Job Summary: The
Corporation Secretary will serve
as the Secretary to the Board and handle legal cases and issues concerning the
corporation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized
university Postgraduate diploma in legal practice and Registered with Law
Council is a MUST Or hold a Master’s degree in Business
Administration/Public Administration. - Membership
to the Institute of Certified Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) is a
MUST. - At
least ten years’ experience, three (3) years of which should be at a
senior management level in a reputable organization. - Possess
excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - High
degree of integrity High level of confidentiality - Be
a team leader and highly computer literate
