Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In
    charge of the management of Operating Systems and Database Administration,
  • Backup/recovery
    of data;
  • Ensure
    proper Problem diagnosis & resolution
  • Responsible
    for ensuring operational documentation
  • In
    charge of change and problem management
  • Intuitively
    monitor & optimize performance of Servers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    ideal candidate should possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Possession of
    a Masters degree is preferred
  • A
    minimum of five to six years’ experience in Windows Operating Systems,
    Active Directory and Unix/Linux Operating Systems
  • A
    minimum of five to six years’ exposure to basic SQL operations including
    installation, configuration, administration, and backup and restore
    Knowledge of virtualization
  • A
    minimum of five to six years’ knowledge and understanding of the
    deployment of the IBM Toolkit and server Operating Systems
  • A minimum
    of five to six years’ experience in Top-tier problem-solving skills with
    the ability to achieve results despite ambiguity
  • A
    minimum of five to six years’ experience in collaborating and driving
    cross-team collaboration with diverse group in a cross functional
    organization. Good orientation in modern Information Technologies
  • A
    minimum of five to six years’ experience in Operations Management
    experience in Large DC Environment, Conversant with DC Processes
  • Management
    Competency in Analytical Problem Solving
  • Ability
    to build Customer/Partner Relationships
  • Strategic
    Insight, Product & Technology Expertise
  • Ability
    to think strategically about technology and its business implications
  • In-depth
    knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory
  • In-depth
    knowledge of Unix/Linux Operating Systems
  • Working
    knowledge of basic SQL operations including installation, configuration,
    administration, and backup and restore
Language Proficiency: 
Fluency in written and spoken English
