Resources & Administration Assistant will be providing HR support to the
Uganda team and provides HR advice to a select client group. Reporting to the
Finance and Administration Manager, this position maintain accurate HR records,
streamline the key HR processes in line with our overall mission of developing
20,000 education places in Southern Uganda by 2020.
- The
ideal candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources, Social Admin
(SWASA), Social Sciences or Secretarial Studies. - At
least two years’ office management experience - Highly
computer literate with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and
computerised accounts systems - Excellent
communication skills/Interpersonal skills - Possess
the ability to liaise with all departments and management levels across
Uganda and Australia - Ability
to react to varying time lines and meet set deadlines
