a team of Employee Relations, Payroll and recruitment professionals at
execution level - Actively
implement company HR policies and processes in the site. - Deliver
hiring numbers as per manpower projections and cost projections - Oversee
and manage attrition within budgeted levels - Manage
updated personnel files, records and all employee information - Actively
supports corporate teams in terms of data, reporting and other day to day
information - Works
closely with site head and site level leadership team - Interacts
