Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a healthy, safe and risk free
working environment - Operate, monitor, repair and optimize ETP
plant and associated devices - Do the analysis on effluent key parameters
while managing all inputs to the plant - Optimize and keep record of process
performance - Apply the manufacturing way principles and
practices - Significantly contribute to team problem
solving and decision making - Perform autonomous maintenance and
maintains standards in areas of operation - Accord customer care and service in line
with company values.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicants should hold a Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Industrial
Chemistry - Past experience in a waste water treatment
plant is added advantage - High integrity and attention to detail
- High energy, balanced personality self
discipline and ; drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal
orientation and a strong output bias. - Highly proactive mindset, self driven,
self starter and with initiative; - Possess the ability to communicate (verbal
and written) - Must be hardworking
- Honest and self motivated
- Be disciplined and dynamic Team Player
- Self motivated and should be able to work
in shifts. - Ability to communicate effectively
