About DII:
Development Initiatives International (DII) is a Ugandan registered
indigenous Non-Governmental Organization with whose slogan is Enhancing
development through integrated programs. DII seeks to find the most cost
effective way of providing services by being responsive to community needs,
building on existing resources and fostering complimentary and collaborative
partnerships. Currently we provide workplace based HIV services for the
informal economy workers.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The Counselor should hold an A level
    qualification, trained in HIV and AIDS counseling
  • At least two years’ experience in HIV and
    AIDS counseling
  • The applicants should be knowledgeable
    about national HCT protocols, conversant with innovative patient referral
    and linkages approaches, fluent in the local language
