Job Summary: The
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator will be responsible for guiding
the development and implementation of the overall M&E framework for the
projects in Southern Uganda, overseeing the mid and end line evaluations
alongside external evaluators, carrying out quarterly monitoring and ensuring
the timely provision of project information and reports to relevant
stakeholders. The successful applicant will be committed to the Cotton-On
Foundation’s goals for Southern Uganda by 2020.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator will be responsible for guiding

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a Masters level qualification in a relevant
discipline - At
least five years’ proven experience in M&E methods - Good
knowledge and understanding of quantitative and qualitative research
methods Designing, planning and
implementing M&E systems, participatory rural/rapid appraisal (PRA)
methods - Excellent
data analysis and report writing skills - Good
knowledge and understanding of international development with a focus on
integrated community development. - Excellent
knowledge of community development programming in the rural areas of
Uganda. - Excellent
interpersonal skills, high level of integrity and good moral conduct. - Working
knowledge of data analysis packages like SPSS and EPi-info an added
advantage.
