Job Summary: The Administrative
Assistant will attend to the front office and receive all visitors and to
provide administrative support to the team. The incumbent will also provide support
to staff, volunteers, partners, and visitors and assisting in the day to day
running of the VSOU – Gulu office.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
    or related professional qualification
  • A
    minimum of two years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent
    computer skills, experience in managing demanding workloads and ability to
    prioritize and effectively manage time in order to deliver on tight
  • The
    right candidate will be expected to have a warm and welcoming personality.
  • Past
    experience of working with international NGOs is desirable.
