Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients and other visitors in
the firm; - Receive incoming and outgoing calls and
relay messages to concerned staff - Provide timely information to people
calling the firm; - Actively monitor visitor access and
maintain security awareness; - Receive and sort mails and deliveries;
- Maintain appointment diaries and case
docket diaries.
Experience:
- The Receptionists must have completed
Secondary education i.e. possess an Advanced Level or Diploma in any
relevant field - The applicants should also have a pleasant
personality with the ability to attend to a wide variety of people and
clientele. - Excellent command of the English language
is a MUST - Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Good customer care skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in
Office applications
