non-profit organisations and commercial and civil dispute resolution.
Key Duties and
  • Attend to clients and other visitors in
    the firm;
  • Receive incoming and outgoing calls and
    relay messages to concerned staff
  • Provide timely information to people
    calling the firm;
  • Actively monitor visitor access and
    maintain security awareness;
  • Receive and sort mails and deliveries;
  • Maintain appointment diaries and case
    docket diaries.
Qualifications, Skills and
  • The Receptionists must have completed
    Secondary education i.e. possess an Advanced Level or Diploma in any
    relevant field
  • The applicants should also have a pleasant
    personality with the ability to attend to a wide variety of people and
  • Excellent command of the English language
    is a MUST
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good customer care skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in
    Office applications
Age: Between 23- 30 years
