Job Summary: The
Training Supervisor will be responsible for the development of training
programs across all functional areas.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The
job holder directs/develops/implements policies, procedures, and methods
designed to enhance the quality of services. - Actively
coordinates closely with corporate talent development groups within the
Fluor HR organization to develop training materials. - Maintains
a close working relationship with operational management to ensure that
services are properly executed and the needs of the company are met. - Developing
and delivering training, as well as performing pre-development needs
assessments / gap analysis. - Conducts
training as required to meet the needs of the functional groups, to
include foreign military training. - Solicit
the input of specialists where necessary to support the training effort. - Manage
other training personnel as required to ensure effective delivery of
programs across all areas of the company. The training will span all
Functional areas, management and supervisory personnel, and foreign
military training. - The
development of programs to enhance the use of African Nationals will form
a significant part of the training effort. - Ability
to communicate at all levels of the company. - Carry
out any other duties as assigned or as determined by prevailing
circumstances.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicants should hold an Associate’s degree in a related field or an
equivalent combination of education and experience - Seven
or more years directly related experience is required. - Ability
to comprehend and instruct military program of instruction (POI).
