- Carry out Tom Card/Tomfc2 integration.
- Create about 30 tomcard and tomfc2 clients monthly.
- Responsible for creating client cards and arrange necessary paperwork to be sent to customers after internal approvals.
- Recharge customer cards and manage download credits for the pre-paid cards observing internal procedures and controls.
- Transfer of balance from one card to another (EP retrieval)
- Managing blacklisting of stolen, lost and stop cards for nonpayment.
- In charge of the daily reconciliation of credits loaded.
- Assist in the filling of section documents.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- The ideal candidate for the Total Oil Company Job should hold a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration.
- At least one year’s work experience in a busy commercial environment.
- Possess basic Accounting Knowledge.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Some basic Administrative Knowledge.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Possess good customer care skills.
- Excellent skills/Knowledge in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP
