control of resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures
that the warehouse is efficiently organized/ well-maintained and secure - Steers,
guides and manages the group of Warehouse Attendants while ensuring their
well-being and safety - Keeps
contacts of Warehouse Attendants in the area that are ready to be employed
on a day-to-day basis as needed - Ensure
that the ware house is always ready for emergency cases - Supports
the Logistics Coordinator when goods are received/handed over - Updates
the Logistics Coordinator of all activities at the warehouse - Assists
in the supervision of all physical movement of stock (goods received from
clients/suppliers and goods supplied to subcontractors and site
controllers)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should have at least three to five years’ experience in similar
field - The
candidate should also preferably hold a bachelor’s degree/diploma in
business studies i.e. Procurement and Logistics or related - Proficient
in both spoken and written English
