Job Summary: The
Accountant will support the finance and Administration Manager in the provision
of management with financial information and reports required to make timely
and accurate strategic decisions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare
financial statements that conform to IFRS - Ensure
that accounting policies, procedures and practices are followed - In
charge of the preparation of monthly management reports - Ensure
that all accounting transactions are accurately and promptly posted
according to sound accounting principles and standards - Prepare
Monthly cash flow statements - Prepare
annual budgets by coordinating all departmental budgets - Reconcile
all creditors’ and debtors’ accounts and ensure that all outstanding
balances are supported by invoices - Responsible
for preparing Monthly creditors and debtors’ ageing analysis - Ensure
proper costing of company products and services - Prepare
monthly bank reconciliation statements - Oversee
payroll preparation - Prepare
monthly budget performance reports explaining all variances
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a good Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting - Professional
CPA/ACCA fully qualified - Five
or more years’ experience in a similar role - High
level of computer literacy - The
applicant must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills Must
possess high level of integrity - Must
be proactive and innovative
