Sales Representative will be responsible for maximum sales profitability,
growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively
selling the company’s products. Personally contacts and secures new business
accounts/customers.
- Achieve
sales volume, objectives, rate of Sale driver standards in retail trade
and sales force effectiveness standards in distributor sales teams. - Ensure
distributor coverage and call frequency targets are achieved - Embed
minimum store standards perfectly every time - Ensure
that all promotions are implemented as per business plan, promotional
compliance is maintained and penetration targets are achieved. - Service
customers as business partners , ensure implementation of business plans
and manage account services through quality checks and follow up - Establish
and maintain current and potential customer relationships - Prepare
and send accurate and timely sales reports. - Develop
and implement special sales activities to drive sales - Maximise
visibility of our brands in all outlets - Ensure
adherence and compliance with safety requirements at the work environment.
- The
applicants should hold business related Diplomas / degrees or equivalent - A
minimum of two or more years’ experience in a similar role particularly
with Consumer packaged goods - Past
experience working with customers at outlet level - Significant
experience and tact dealing with difficult customers - Structured
sales call management - Building
and developing relationships with customers - Excellent
records management - Skills
in commercial understanding / business management - Possess
the ability to drive a manual car is a must - Strong
numerical skills - Excellent
computer skills - Excellent
communication Skills - Flexibility
and ability to work long hours and on weekends - Mobility
to work in any part of the country - Possess
the ability to persuade and motivate - Self-management
