Children’s Foundation – Uganda (Baylor -Uganda) headquartered at Mulago
hospital, is a comprehensive HIV care and treatment organization that supports
the treatment and care of HIV infected and affected Children and Adults. Baylor
– Uganda has four operational areas; HIV/AIDS care, treatment and prevention
services, maternal child health services, Health Professional training and
Clinical Research.
Regional HR Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of Baylor Human Resource
systems and practices in the region in line with the Baylor Uganda HR Manual
and the various program objectives.
- The
Regional HR Coordinator should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a relevant post
graduate qualification - Three
or more years’ experience in managing a corporate function, providing the
following knowledge and skills, managing performance driven programs,
managing the change process, including executive coaching, communications,
and transition management; with a reputable international NGO, and direct
experience with government and donor representatives (3) have
