About US:
A nonprofit Organization based
in Kampala Uganda and involved in the areas of International Health, Health
Systems and Human Resources for health, urgently needs to fill the positions
above;
Job Summary: The Chief
Operating Officer will be responsible for coordinating the various
departments/units of the Organization and monitoring work plans to ensure that
time deadlines are met. He/she will also support better management reporting,
information flow and organizational planning.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    candidate should hold a good Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • At
    least five years’ experience in Management/Administration.
  • Possess
    strong managerial and leadership skills, interpersonal skills and the ability
    to coordinate the organizations’ activities.
