of Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them from poverty in Jesus name.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Social
Work, Education, Business Studies, Social Sciences, Child Development,
Community Psychology or Guidance and Counselling and Finance. - Good
Computer Skills and Knowledge in Basic Accounting are a must. - A
minimum of three or more years’ working experience with faith – based
(local church) projects. - Past
exposure and experience in child and community development work or
knowledge of child sponsorship / Donor mechanisms. - Working
knowledge and practice in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of community
based projects. - Proven
experience in Advocacy and Partnership building. - Proven
Integrity in Personal and Public life in line with the Christian Values. - The
applicant should be prepared to work beyond normal working hours as will
be required in a rural setting with children and caregivers. - The
ideal candidates must be Born Again Christian Professionals aged between
25-35 years.
