Job Summary: The
incumbent will co-ordinate and manage its integrated and strategic Marketing
efforts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement the company Marketing Strategy. - Develop
plans for advertising and marketing of the companys products to raise the
market profile and increase sales. - Oversee
the organization of promotional activities, ensuring that they are carried
out efficiently, and within agreed budgets, to raise the profile of the
company and increase sales. - Pro-actively
coordinate and manage all company marketing plans and activities with
other marketing managers and staff in the company to ensure that the plans
are delivered effectively. - Develop,
manage and control the company marketing budget for marketing activities. - Quickly
respond to internal and external requests for the development and
provision of promotional activities. - Responsible
for developing, co-ordinating and maintaining stock of promotional
material for issue to staff and customers. - Organize
visits and hospitality for customers and others to promote the image of
the company and its products. - Actively
contribute to the company’s newsletter and all other internal
communications. - Contribute
to the company website. - Manage
and maintain all company branding and associated activities. - Responsible
for developing, managing and maintaining a company Sales Achievers Scheme. - Enhance
Value Creation through company synergy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a Degree-level qualification. A professional
qualification in marketing is an added advantage. - Eight
or more years’ marketing experience in building and construction industry
like Steel & roofings, cement, paints, electrical fittings to name but
a few. - Detailed
knowledge of company products. - Excellent
planning, co-ordination and organizational skills. - Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.
