Job Summary: The Warehouse
Manager will maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and
delivering items; securing warehouse; supervising staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accomplish
warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training,
assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; - Communicating
job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending
compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. - Meet
warehouse operational standards by providing information to strategic
plans and reviews; Implementing production, productivity, quality, and
customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse
system improvements. - Meet
warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information;
monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective
actions. - Move
inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse;
coordinating inventory transfers with related departments. - In
charge of delivering supplies and equipment to departments by receiving
and transferring items. - Maintain
storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design
principles; recommending improvements. - Maintain
inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances;
inputting data. - Secure
warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems. - Keep
equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting
breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. - Update
job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading
technical publications. - Accomplish
warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as
needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a good University Degree in Business Administration
(Warehousing/Stores Management) - Detailed
working knowledge of Health marketing and medical service trends in the
country. - Prior
experience in ware house security and safety management - Sound
working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel,
Power point and internet is mandatory. - Proven
excellent report writing skills - Possess
the ability to work well with others in team environments, build consensus
and drive change - Ability
to satisfy stakeholders; - The
applicant must be able to work in deadline driven/results orientated
atmospheres - Strong
people management skills - Ability
to think strategically and a good planner - Proven
skills in Data Entry Management, analyzing Information , dealing with
Complexity, time management, and
equipment maintenance
