Job Summary: The Human
Resource Officer will be responsible for providing efficient and effective
support in the Compensation and Benefits Unit of the HR Department while
maintaining high level of confidentiality. The incumbent will be responsible
for providing efficient and confidential support in the various human resources
functions and mainly in Recruitment and Selection.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicants should hold a University Degree in Human Resources Management/
Public Administration or Business Administration (Human Resources
Management option) from a recognised institution. - At
least three or more years’ working experience in Insurance / Financial
services and some of which should be at Managerial level in a reputable
organisation / Institution. - The candidate should be above 35 years of Age.
