Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure
    optimum return on investment and increase in market share
  • Represent
    Agency in Client –agency contracts and networking to secure new business
  • Responsible
    for the implementation of company sales goals and objectives
  • Advise
    and make regular inputs into the current and future corporate strategy of
    the organisation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate should have at least five years’ experience in senior
    managerial role in marketing of services or offering HR solutions.
  • The
    candidate must also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Social
    sciences.  Possession of an MBA or
    professional qualification in any area of Marketing or HR will be an added
    advantage
  • Proficiency
    in the techniques, processes and practice of marketing services in the
    Ugandan  Market
  • Strong
    Business relationship/service skills for client relationship building,
    solution sales, and securing new businesses
  • Excellent
    Communication Skills
  • Good
    organizational and administrative skill
  • Excellent
    analytical and numerical skills
