Job Summary: The Operations
Team Leader will mainly supervise, lead and work with the team members to
achieve set targets.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Mentor, coach and supervise Operations and
    Records Team.
  • Offer technical direction to the team.
  • Coordinate information creation, receipt,
    storage, retrieval and dispositions
  • Ensures security and preservation of
    records
  • Works in liaison with user departments on
    special information research and retrieval to ensure that all information
    needs are met
  • The incumbent also has budgeting and time
    management oversight responsibility and is involved with staff training,
    evaluation and development.
  • Evaluate and recommend upgrading for
    existing technology application including records management software. 
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The candidate for the Aramex Job should
    possess a Bachelors’ Degree in relevant field
  • At least two years’ experience in similar
    field
  • Excellent command of both spoken and
    written English
  • Computer proficiency
