Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing
the receipt and issue of materials and space management in all go-downs on
day to day basis. - Actively
coordinating with various sections in supplies section for timely
completion of posting of goods receipt, and issue orders and report to
Stores Superintended/Stores Manager - Supports
the Stores Officer to carry out perpetual audit. - Adhering
to and enforcing safety, health and environment company policy and
regulations amongst the subordinates
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicants for the Supervisor Stores vacancies must possess Bachelor’s
degrees in any of these fields: Business Administration, Procurement and
Logistics and Commerce. - The
incumbents must also be highly familiar with on line working with SAP. - At
least five (5) years related working experience. - Detailed
knowledge of inventory control techniques.
