Job Summary: The Legal
Officer will assist the Corporation Secretary in managing all aspects of legal
work.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Offer legal advice to the Corporation
management on the impact of current and proposed legislation on the
operations of the corporation in consultation with the Corporation
Secretary - Offer guidance on contractual matters;
undertake any necessary legal work in connection with acquisition, sale,
leasing etc of the corporation’s sites and buildings. - Represent the Corporation in courts and
tribunals or instruct legal advisors engaged by the corporation to deal
with particular cases.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The Legal Officer should hold an LLB with
postgraduate diploma in legal practice - A minimum of five or more years’
experience in legal practice of which two years should be in advocacy.
