Job Summary: The
Marketing Associates will be responsible for collecting and analyzing market
information, sales data, competitive intelligence; and general market trends
which will assist the management to come up with appropriate and effective
marketing strategies whilst ensuring that the regional offices remain proactive
and competitive in the market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Offering
    timely support to the distribution team during financial clinics
    (promotion support)
  • Organizing
    and managing events such as open days, Expos, golf days and financial
    clinics
  • Support
    in the development of sales promotion materials (brochures, fliers, etc.)
  • Act
    as a steward of the brand that supports the company’s brand promise,
    vision, position, architecture and achieve business goals for the brand
  • Measure
    the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, PR and communication
    programmes and strategies
  • Work
    closely with the advertising and PR agency to ensure that all activities
    scheduled are implemented
  • Responsible
    for gathering market intelligence – tracking and monitoring competitive
    activities and report on it
  • In
    charge of the computation and reconciliation of marketing budget
  • Support
    distribution channel leaders in developing customer loyalty programs
  • Analyse
    consumer data to identify key behaviors, market segmentation and determine
    suitable product offering and positioning
  • In
    charge of monitoring customer acceptance of the product
  • Assist
    in developing corporate and product brand strategies
  • Analyse
    the results of all marketing activities ( including sales analysis) and
    report on the findings
  • Open
    new market segments for the sales functions
  • Responsible
    for the development of a well-structured CSR programme that supports our
    vision, mission and values
  • Co-ordinate
    the social media instruments for effective communication.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant should hold a Business related degree with specialization in
    Marketing
  • A
    minimum of three or more years’of relevant working experience
  • Marketing
    research skills
  • Computer
    literacy skills
  • Excellent
    analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proactive
    and outgoing nature and personality
  • Strong
    inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented and
    collaborative environment
  • Possess
    the ability to work in a fast paced and highly entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated
    ability to prioritize and handle multiple critical projects and
    assignments
  • Strong
    attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • A
    high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to
    and articulate strategy and financials across all levels in a clear,
    appropriate and timely manner
  • Excellent
    leadership skills.
