Job Summary: The Human
Resources and Administration Officer will be responsible for providing value
added assurance and support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
The incumbent will take overall
charge of efficient execution of all country administrative issues
  • Supporting
    n key HR activities at the country level
  • Maintain
    an accurate record management of staff data
  • Act
    as a Liaison Officer for both staff and HODs in HR matters
  • Participate
    in training, particularly on HR Matters
  • Oversee
    welfare issues
  • Perform
    any other duties assigned by the Group HRM and the MD, Premier Credit
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
    Management or related studies
  • At
    least three years’ experience in the Human Resource Management
  • Proven
    ability to co-ordinate, prioritize workload and work under minimal
    supervision.
  • Computer
    literacy skills
  • Excellent
    report writing and communication skills
  • Commitment
    to high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Be
    a good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness
    to learn new things and a good trainer
  • High
    degree of creativity as well as a strategic thinker.
  • Ability
    to meet strict deadlines
