Job Summary: The Ericsson
Senior Account Manager will mainly secure short and long-term profitable
business through proactive business development based on fundamental
understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. The job
holder will also manage internal resources to deliver efficient and effective
end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. The
incumbent acts with authority in order to develop both internal and external
relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson
successful.
Key Duties and

  • Responsible for maximizing customer
    relationship & build loyalty
  • Responsible for sales opportunity creation
  • In charge of generating profitability
    sales
  • Secure seamless transition to operations
  • Optimize Account team performance
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Ericsson job
    opportunity should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
    Business Administration, MBA a plus
  • A minimum of five to seven years’ relevant
    experience in relationship sales within ICT
