About Future:
Future Options Consulting Ltd is an HR recruitment services company which would like to recruit on behalf of its valued Client in the Medical Industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively report useful information on client needs, trends and scheme usage.
- Retain 90% of current corporate members upon renewal and 90% of direct billing companies upon renewal.
- Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers, monitor results and make policy change recommendations.
- Make sure that there are accurate and updated weekly and monthly reports.
- Build an efficient, effective and skilled customer service team.
- Communicate pertinent information to clients on a regular basis.
- Responsible for performance management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The customer service manager should preferably hold a good Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- At least five years’ work experience.
- Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Excellent track record of innovation and creativity.
- Exhibit commitment to customer focus, quality service and sales.
- Must be highly proactive and resourceful in problem solving and loss avoidance.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on the best interest of the company.
