Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for ensuring adherence to the Organization Customer Services Training
systems Standards - Develop
by training selected personnel in all departments for positions of higher
responsibility and make your recommendations in this area to the Company
Manager. - Steer,
advice and train all personnel in your department for positions in a
manner which will encourage good morale and teamwork. - Ensure
that the engagement of all new employees is carried out in accordance with
latest selection, recruitment and induction methods. - Ensure
that there is a steady list of prospective employees with minimum graduate
level education available for vacant and upgraded positions within the
company. - Actively
co-ordinate Public Relations work and ensure that the Company’s efforts in
technical, commercial and human relation’s fields receive maximum
publicity - Prepare,
update and achieve all those activities required to meet future
development plans. - Intuitively
review the training status of staffing visa vi the new standards and
market demands
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should be a Graduate in Human Development Management - Good
working knowledge of Personnel Motivation and Training Skills - Hands
on Trainings and Development Skills will be highly considered - Robust,
Cognizant, Self-Motivated Train Trainers
Age: Below 35 years
