Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Achieve
    maximum efficiency of high calibre staffing with n the Company
  • Consistent
    upgrade work plan for staff within the Company
  • Ensure
    that the engagement of all employees is carried out in accordance with
    latest selection, recruitment and induction methods.
  • Responsible
    for filling the vacant and upgraded positions within the company as
    required  on time line
  • Prepare
    as necessary, Company Briefs for presentation to the Industrial
    Court.  Scope of mandate and
    authority will be advised to you by the Company manger from time to time.
  • Guide
    on the maintenance of amicable employee relations throughout the company.
  • Maintain
    liaison with F.U.E. and Ministry of Labour in matters affecting Labour
    Relations,.
  • Co-ordinate
    Public Relations work and ensure that the Company’s efforts in technical,
    commercial and human relation’s fields receive maximum publicity.
  • Oversee
    and co-ordinate work for Personnel Labour Relations and Public Relations
    activities.
  • Prepare,
    update and achieve all those activities required to meet future
    development plans
  • Continually
    review the status of overheads to ensure optimum staffing levels
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    ideal candidate for the Bata job opportunity should possess a Graduate in
    Human Development Management
  • Detailed
    working knowledge of Personnel and Industrial Relations,
  • Hands
    on Dispute Management Skills will highly considered
  • Excellent
    administrative skills
  • Good
    knowledge of Computer skills and Microsoft Office Products
