Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible
    for the development and implementation of strategies for different
    channels in respect to expanding business.
  • Identify
    new opportunities in different channels and establish expansion programs
    and penetration, Introduction Organization new products to all Channels:
  • In
    charge of the development of strategies to ensure business growth with major
    customers.
  • Responsible
    for Volume Sales in respect of Institutions, Dealers, Company Depots and
    Supermarkets
  • Achieve
    Targeted Estimates for all company products
  • Strategic
    Work Plans for new ideas regarding sales strategies, new products to be
    developed, and stocks to be cleared etc.
  • Train
    trainer drive methodologies and strategies for personnel reporting to you
  • Constantly
    cognizant of the market trends, growth, requirements annually
  • Strategic
    Seasonal Targets plans for sales all seasons
  • Creativity
    sales drive actions and promotions with tangible results.
  • Understand
    Consumer dynamics in respect to behavior and demand.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    candidate should be a graduate in Business Administration and Development
    Management 
  • Marketing
    and Business Administration
  • High
    sense of Business values and Time lines
  • Robust,
    Cognizant, Self-Motivated Business maniac
  • Thorough
    knowledge of the Country Market Dynamics in response to Volume Business
    and Products
  • Customer
    Relations Skills
  • Excellent
    administrative skills
  • Good
    working knowledge of Computer skills and Microsoft Office Products
  • Thorough
    knowledge of Consumer behavior and dynamics
  • Desire
    and Passion for quick volume turn around business
  • Business
    Creativities and Marketing concepts for the Country will be highly
    considered
  • Knowledge
    Trendy Fashion and life styles will be added advantage
