Digital TV Service Provider
Northern and Western, Uganda
operating in Uganda for 5 years. We deal in both Digital Terrestrial
Transmission (DTT) and Direct To Home (DTH). Startimes is part of the Star
Software technology Company with the head office in Beijing China. We are
currently operating in more than 10 African Countries which include among
others Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Guinea, Central African Republic,
Burundi, Mozambique and Senegal.
Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our company products by
maintaining and expanding customer base and managing sales staff in his region.
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource
objectives, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job
contributions - In charge of achieving regional sales
operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and
recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing
action plans and customer- service standards, resolving problems, - Responsible for determining regional sales
system improvements. - Meets regional sales financial objectives
by forecasting requirements; - Establishes sales objectives by creating a
sales plan and quota for districts in support of company objectives. - Maintains and expands customer base,
building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new
customer opportunities. - Intuitively recommends product lines by
identifying and surveying consumer needs and trends. - Accomplishes sales and organization
mission by completing related results as needed.
Experience:
- The ideal candidates for the Startimes
Digital Service Provider should hold Bachelor’s degrees in business,
marketing, or related area - Seven or more years of experience in the
field. - Familiar with a variety of the field’s
concepts, practices, and procedures. - Relies on experience and judgment to plan
and accomplish goals. - Be multi-tasking
- Familiar with the language of the region
of interest would be an added advantage
