AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) seeks to end pediatric HIV/ AIDS through research,
advocacy, and prevention and treatment programs. We are a global leader in the
fight against pediatric HIV and AIDS, working in 15 countries and at 7,000
sites around the world to prevent the transmission of HIV to children, and to
help those already HIV infected. Today, because of the highly successful work
of the Foundation and its partners over the last 25 years, pediatric AIDS has
been virtually eliminated in the United States and new infections in children
have declined by 51% worldwide.

various donors. It plans to implement regional integrated health programs
(RHITES) project upon winning the contingent of funds from USAID.
and Adolescent Health Advisor will steer the designing and delivery of Youth
and Adolescent services including Family Planning and Reproductive Health, HIV/
AIDS prevention, care and treatment services. The Advisor will lead and develop
innovative and evidence based interventions to support service delivery to the
Youth and adolescents, including those living with HIV/AIDS. The advisor will
ensure that integration of youth and adolescent-friendly services is done
during planning and implementation of the project activities, create awareness
and generate demand for the related services and ensure constant monitoring and
leveraging of resources for program success. The Advisor will also be
responsible for coordination and supervision of interns under the internship
placement arrangement to enable them acquire practical skills for their
employability and support.
- The
candidate should hold a good bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Social
Work, Public Health or any other related field - Additional
training at post-graduate level in management of reproductive health
programs is of added advantage - Five
or more years’ experience in management/coordination of Adolescent/Youth
Sexual Reproductive Health interventions - Good
working knowledge of Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health Policies and
strategies - Monitoring
and evaluation of projects
